Interview
I talked to the technical recruiter on the phone and we went over some details of my resume, and was told more about the position. Went in for an in-person interview and a tour of the manufacturing facility. The interviewers were very personable and performed the interview in a conversational way, which made it feel less like an interrogation. It felt more laid back than other interviews I've had in the past, and the tour of the manufacturing floor was a great way to gain more of an understanding of the details of the particular role would be.
