They asked how I would handle emergencies. That should have been my first clue. A programmer is usually an appendage in problem resolution, but since I wasn't a programmer, but only a system caretaker, I was expected to know how to solve any problem with my system right from the start.

Only Human resources interview. There is no technical interview. They ask only about salary and benefits. Arranges client interview. If you pass class client interview you will be placed with the client at the client site to do projects. Once your project is complete, they will arrange other interviews if they find a suitable project for you. They will not pay you on bench.
