I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Miller-Valentine (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2012
Interview
A project manager from Miller Valentine came to my college campus and interviewed me for the position of co-op. I hadn't planned on working for Miller Valentine, but the interviewer sold Miller Valentine as a great place for a co-op to learn on the job. He really didn't ask me too many questions. More or less Miller Valentine was hiring a certain number of co-op's per quarter/semester and I assume my resume and grades spoke for themselves.
Virtual interview call set up to discuss the position. The video was set up in advance and easy to log onto. It was a basic interview setup for current times.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic questions such as background, why I was interested in the company, how I thought I would fit. It was overall pretty stuffy and stiff in questions.
