Interview
It was quite a long but positive process. Started with the online application form, followed by a phone call giving an in-depth overview of the company and my experience, I was then called in to the office for a face to face interview with the manager to provide further details of my previous work experiences. I was called in again for to complete a task which was fairly straight forward and consisted of writing content for potential social media posts and website content and a simple priortisation task. They then arranged a skype interview with the MD which again was regarding my previous experience. The process was quite long and I found it quite repetitive and could have been streamlined, yet thorough.
