Interview
I went through 5 rounds post screening of the interview process.
1st - Initial Interview, then an ID test
2nd - Discussing the Test in detail
3rd - Meeting with the team ( Other ID, Graphic Designers etc)
4th - Meeting with the Director of the team
5th - HR round with Senior HR

Have you ever missed a deadline? If yes, how did you deal with it?
Good, multilevel process, interesting assignment, one of the best assignment for IDs that I have come across and it was fun to do.
People are very nice, polite and professional

Interview
They took 4 round of interviews but after clearing all the rounds they put profile on hold and never bothered to update on their own. They also tried to force in selecting technical writing profile when the interview was for ID profile.
