There was a written test via chat on facebook and then a physical interview was conducted after which a computerised language test and a second interview was conducted. The test and 2nd interview were conducted on separate dates

Its Very easy process, you have to apply online,do online chat for checking you English proficiency and you will get confirmation for interview.
On Next day interview not much difficult

Interview
It was a very quick process and I was really amazed to see the responsiveness of heir process.
It all started with a facebook advertisement, when I clicked on it, that took me to there chat portal where there executive had a chat with me. He asked me couple of questions, which I think he was trying to analyse my english writing skills. When he was satisfied with my writing skills, he gave me a date to visit their office for test and interview.
So, 2 days later when I got there, I had a listening, reading, writing and typing test on computer. In test there was mcq's based on listening, a paragraph to read loud, a topic to write essay on (Tell us about yourself), and in the end a simple typing test to assess speed.
Few minutes later, they call me for interview and asked few questions and offered me a job.
Questions were like:
Tell us about yourself.
What do you know about mindbridge.
Why do you want to join mindbridge.
etc
