Pretty long and drawn out. Additional interviews were added at the 11th hour. Some of the people I met with were clearly not prepared to interview me. One even said, “I’m not sure why they’re having you talk to me.”

Question 1
The individual (high leadership level) who was least prepared to interview me asked ME about the role. I was able to share my understanding based on the description/previous interviews. But it was truly like he didn’t know what position I was interviewing for.
