I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mintz (Boston, MA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Interviewed at Mass. diversity fair. Received a call back interview invitation the next day via email. Scheduled interview with the recruiter. Day of, I met with four attorneys, ranging from partners and the director of the summer program to lowly associates. Everyone I met with was friendly and the questions were all typical.

Question 1
Questions about biggest challenges are always the most difficult. But nothing unexpected was asked.
It was a very typical interview process. There was a screener, a dinner, and then a round robin style callback at their office. Everyone throughout was very kind and welcoming!
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Mintz (Boston, MA) in Jul 2022
Interview
A screener interview with one attorney. Then you may or may not get a callback with 4 attorneys. You will talk to each for about 30 or so minutes. The callback will be about 2 hours. You will then either hear about an offer or not. You can follow up with legal recruiting after a week to check your status.

Question 1
The hiring partner asked me to tell him something not based on my qualifications that illustrates why I should be hired
Just normal screening interview with general questions. Why law? Why Mintz? Tell me about your professional/academic experiences. Interviewer was very friendly and easy to have conversations with. It lasted about 30 minutes.
