Initially, the process went relatively quickly. However, it became clear towards the end of the process that they were stringing me along. The interviews themselves were short and relatively simple - the first was a phone screening, then a Teams interview with the person that would have been my supervisor, then a third (and presumably final) interview with the person that would have been my supervisor and a few people in the same position I applied for.
My main issue issue with Minuteman was the lack of clear communication. The entire process was disorganized and interview days/times were changed with limited input from me.
I was told that I would be receiving feedback during the middle of the week. I didn't hear anything and decided reached out to the HR representative on Friday. She said "I'm waiting to hear from the rest of the team and I won't get anything before the end of the day. Will connect on Monday. I do apologize!" On Monday, I received an automated rejection email and my attempt to follow up for feedback was ignored. This is obviously not required, but I would have appreciated the dignity and respect of receiving a phone call or non-automated email after spending quite a bit of time interviewing and preparing.
