The interview process was direct and to the point and was very open and honest from the start. I was already employed with the company's franchise owner in the call center at the corporate offices and had a background and experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician's office. Due to the fact that they were in need of an Office Manager on short notice, in a relatively new office, and I lived in the area, it seemed to be a good fit all the way around.
