I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Miro in Feb 2023
Interview
I really liked the interview process, it was very streamlined and the recruiter helped & kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
The process starts with a recruiter talk and then follows up with 4 interview rounds: coding, system design, hiring manager & team fit. All interviews last around an hour.
During the coding interview I was presented with a leetcode style question (I would guess around medium difficulty). You discuss your code, trade-offs, time complexity, etc.
System design I was given a relevant system to design. Important to ask questions, discuss trade-offs, etc. It was more a collaborative process.
Hiring manager & team fit were a bit similar style (although with different questions). More focussed on your personality, how you work in a team, how you deal with challenges, etc. A more relaxed vibe than the technical rounds. The people I spoke with were great, and they all seemed very enthusiastic about the things they were building and working on.

Interview
Slow but transparent. At each stage, it was clear what to expect. Hard process but worth it if you want to this type of company. Be prepared with the classic study material (cracking coding interview, STAR, etc.)
I applied online. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam)
Interview
Standard hiring pipeline. Algorithmic question, system design and then project deep dive.
The people I met during the interview were really intelligent and insightful, the recruitment team was subpar.
I would definitely reinterview but am wary of their recruitment team. After having twice experienced poor communication from them.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam) in Oct 2023
Interview
Overall the whole procedure is very clear and the recruiter is supportive. Every interview had a good setup and I was feeling comfortable.
In the end I recieved a notice, that I will get an offer and was informed what that offer is going to be. The only con here is that the process took 1.5 month.
But this is where everything went wrong.
Recruiter disappeared for 2 weeks and then called with bad news, that the role is put down and they hire for it no more. They said, that there is another 2 roles in 2 other teams and I will have one more interview with the team. I thought it's going to be just a formal interview, but the teams said I don't pass technically, which is ridiculous, because I already passed 2 other technical interviews.
Recruiter told me, that I'm going to be a priority as soon as other roles are going to appear. But so far more than 10 roles appear and noone reached me. I tried to apply again and also wrote to recruiter twice and nothing happened. So basically this is a complete chaos of a company and if you don't want to waste your time like this, just avoid it.
