The process is a total of 5 rounds. The team is very experienced and professional. I had a great time e-meeting them; however, I couldn't clear the final "leadership" round. Just be yourself; if they like you, great, if not, move on. My recruiter, Jessie, was phenomenal as well. Communication and feedback from her were top-notch. Very impressed.

My candidate experience with Miro was the smoothest and most positive interview process I've ever experienced. Many companies could learn a lot from Miro's approach. From my first conversation with Miro, I felt that I was valued, as well as my time. The talent acquisition team were incredible, and ensured that I was always kept up to date, received valuable feedback post interview and was prepared prior to the various interview stages. It was very clear from my first conversation with Miro that they value employee wellbeing, which is a very important factor to me.
