Interview
I spoke to someone on the phone. They asked me some questions. I’m was weeks later and offered the job. The interviewer was a great guy and I later on worked with him and he is a great guy.
The interview began with some questions about my experience from my resume. There was not much time spent on this at all. The largest portion of the interview was more giving a brief description of the job and an explanation of what to expect in terms of company benefits. After that, I was asked if all sounded good so far. When I said yes, they went straight into the salary negotiation process. Once we settled, an offer was extended before we left the phone call.
