Very disorganized, they were looking to fill slots. They wanted to sell the firm, but not willing to commit to much of anything. I needed the job so played along even though it was clear this firm is not really going anywhere

The interview process was quite smooth and comfortable. The interviewers were friendly, welcoming, and created a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to engage in conversation. Rather than feeling like a high-pressure evaluation, it felt more like a two-way discussion where I could express myself openly and also learn more about the company and team. Overall, it was a positive and encouraging experience.
