I had the experience... One day eugene called and took my interview. He just asked basic questions and asked if I am willing to work longer hours.....For mobilenet's work, u dnt have to be much technical. I know few girls who are doing very good in mobilenet, do not even know how the LTE architecture looks like but working in LTE for couple of years...so, it's sad.. I trained many of the employees, later they all got promoted to diff. location because of the internal politics.....

Received an email with about 22 questions to be answered to qualify for the interview process. Within 2 weeks received a call for onsite interview which was in detail to past experience and the current opportunities offered at the company.
