    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MobileNet Services (Plano, TX) in April 2014.

    Interview

The interview process was fairly simple. Got the call through multiple references. I was asked to give an overview of the current project I am involved in and the past projects I have worked on. On field experience is a plus but not really necessary. As long as you know basic RF and have worked with one of the major OEMs the process should be ok.
