Applied online with a survey and resume, got a call about 2 weeks later to set up and interview. Interview with in person at the location. Got a call back the next to for a 2nd interview with the Regional Manager. Offered the position 2 days later.

The store had very friendly faces and atmosphere. Truthful and to the point in goals and ambitions and very supportive. Hopefully I get the second interview. very important to check your emails!

If offered, show up, meet management, find a place to sit. Asked basic questions and overview of sales how the commissions are paid out.

30 minute phone screening then a week later had a face to face interview with regional sales director. Very personal and relaxed interview, easy going sales director and not too formal
