Quick and informal, probably the easiest job interview I’ve done. Had an offer the same day and the on boarding process took about 2-3 weeks to complete. Emphasis on social skills.

Conversational and rapid. Territory manager and store manager were there. Very casual and relaxed. It felt unusual. My experience impressed them. On boarding took weeks and I almost gave up and pursued other opportunities.

Interview
The interview process was quick and simple. They ask the basic questions on why you want
the job and how you will be an asset to the team. It’s more of a one on one interview, although there will be times when other managers will be present during the interview.
