Expectations were set well throughout the process. Scheduling was a breeze. Interviewers were respectful of my time and provided thorough insight into the company, culture and challenges. There was a stimulating assignment, which called for data analysis and a presentation of hypothetical challenges and recommended next steps in a given scenario. I came out of the multiple round effort with a high level of respect for Mode's focus on bringing in data-minded candidates AND cultivating a strong culture. The lead recruiter ensured I was prepared to discuss specific topics for each session, which helped enhance our conversations. Everyone was on the same page regarding expectations for the role, which gave me confidence the leadership team coordinated well. Overall, interviewing with Mode was a valuable experience.
