ModeFair interview questions

Worst experience ever They interview at pantry in front people want to eat lunch and make coffee.. They keep give assessment.. When I answer the question and give suggestions, they don't accept even it is truth.. they not even professional.. tech lead don't know how to interview properly.. Interview 2h become 3h due to unrproper time management.. they not satisfy and keep give assessment on the weekend.. good things I not do since I don't want work with unprofessional tech lead.. They not even care about your resume

The interview is brutal. They expect you to build a full-stack app in 75 minutes with backend features only: cron jobs, email notifications, authentication, and API integration. Then they make you explain every decision while nitpicking your design choices. Nothing is frontend-related — it’s all backend logic — and the process feels unrealistic for a fresh grad. Total stress with little practical learning.
