I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Moderna (Cambridge, MA) in May 2023
Interview
First talked with the hiring manager by phone, Then, after I asked several times, the HR person (Associate Director) arranged the formal Zoom interview with the hiring group. It was strange that the HR person lead the interview process (1st interviewer). It seems to me that she already predetermined not going to hire you but just to get over the process, which was very different from the responses from members of the hiring group.
