Moglix Leadership Development Program - Enterprise Operations interview questions

Interview started late, people were not even offered any refreshments.The overall process took around 3 hours. It was a complete waste of time. There were two interviews, each lasted about 5 mins max covering baseless questions, just basic CV check, one aptitude test. 2 hours of the total 3 were wasted in waiting. Too many people from elite Indian unis running the show. Absolutely un-managed, poor infrastructure. Classic case of too many cooks spoil the stew. Absolute waste of time.
