I was referred to this role by a internal employee and contacted by a recruiter to interview. The first call went great, and he was impressed by my experience and was looking to schedule a video call with the team for the 2nd call. It's been almost 3 weeks and I've followed up twice. There has been no follow-up or response from the recruiter. Painfully unprofessional but not atypical. Disappointing introduction for an agency that is so highly regarded.
