I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Montaro in Jan 2022
Interview
Initial first interview went great and I was really liking the vibe and atmosphere of the company.
The second interview I didn't know what to make of....
It was like I was interviewing for a totally different job than the first interview.
I started mentioning past experiences and how they could help with solving current challenges mentioned in the first interview. The interviewer didn't seem to know or understand what I was talking about....
Later on I asked if they were keeping up with current trends in advertising. Once again they actually said they didn't know what some of those were.
I realized this position wasn't for me and politely declined the position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Montaro (Berkeley, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview was behavioral and just talking about yourself and the experiences. I applied for the job and heard back for an interview about a week later. The interview took less than 30 minutes, and mainly just wanted to know your qualifications and skills.
