Very short, phone screen then in-person interview with their director of accounts. Got hired the next day.
The phone screen was pretty standard, why do you want to work here, what are your career goals etc. they will talk the company up and make it sound like such a fantastic place buuuuuuut read and take the Glassdoor reviews seriously.
The interview was pretty basic, the director is pretty nice, and personable.
They will tell you they're growing very quickly but the truth is the turn-over is just that high. If you're the type who can have a 45 minute conversation about clothes, love the kardashians, go to brunch just to get drunk and talk about how cool you are for doing so, you will fit night in. There's about 3 people who work there that are actually hard-working nice people, the rest are intolerable.
If you're looking for experience in the advertising industry, get an unpaid internship, it won't make you want to shoot your face off like this place.
