Following a successful interview, I was offered the position of an Adult Weight Management Practitioner based in Tilbury. After three weeks of no communication, I was called by a manager at More Life to tell me the job offer was no longer available due to funding. I had also left two jobs and been enrolled on the More Life HR system. I asked why the job was advertised and the manager could not go into much detail she just explained it was due to funding. She then said I could be put forward for another job-based in Kent, which is far compared to the original job location I was offered in Essex as a Tier 3 Healthy Lifestyle Practitioner. The manager from Kent contacted me and offered the position to me. I then enquired for a higher salary to which he explained they could. He then said he would get back to me with a figure on a particular date, which he did not and never followed up with an update. I then came across a job position for the Adult Weight Management based in Tilbury again for which I had the offer. I emailed the managers and wanted an explanation and they explained a colleague had just handed in their notice. Then they explained if I wanted to apply for the job I would have to do the interview again as part of the job description and the salary has changed. I would avoid this company completely. They wasted my time and had no sympathy towards me being left without a job.
