The interview. Bring a paper and pen so you can write down what their pay structure and commission is, because you won't, or at least I didn't, get any of that given to me. You ask, then they answer with what it is. But, its not as simple as its 10%, no, its this and then we do this and then there is a bonus which is........... you lost me at hello.

Really didn't ask me questions. You more or less just hear about their process and the sales training.
We apologize that you feel this way. Our outside sales representatives have the ability to make their own schedule . This dictates how much potential for commissions you can earn. Some jobs may sell higher or lower and the commissions may vary from 5-12% . It is not that simple...

fast interview to hiring process, efficient training, great pay. Training is only 2 weeks so you are out making commissions quickly. Product training is extensive and great company sales techniques and closing training.
