MorgenAll interview questions

The interview happened a few months back. 3 phase interview. A bit hard to crack and many of the interviewees will be leaving the office with a sad face

I was approached by Morgenall and invited for an interview. The details seemed vague and they insisted I show up for an interview. I took some time off work and attended. The office seemed brand new but empty. The interviewer (actually an Office Manager) was clearly inexperienced and definitely not a recruiter. She seemed unimpressed and never smiled. She detailed their challenges and asked for my thoughts. I offered solutions and a clear-cut strategy. She said that I should expect another call but I never did. I was surprised to find them execute my ideas and strategy which clearly tells me about their professionalism and ethics. Upon inquiry, I received an e-mail stating I was inexperienced for the position. Absolute waste of time! In short: Unprofessional, inexperienced and invited me for an interview for free consulting. They also insisted on certain nationalities and I'm sure racism played a factor too.
