Motili interview questions

I received a phone call from the COO of the company while I was on an HVAC job site. I was invited to have a chat with him about the position over some beer at Buffalo Wild Wings. We then had a follow-up interview with the CEO Jeff Wilkins at Hopdoddy Burger near Union Station. After that, we toured the office and I was introduced to the team, which at the time was very small but clearly very close-knit.
