Interview
Super simple process. I applied on Linkedin and was able to get a call with someone set up super quickly to learn more about the role. The 2nd step was a video call to learn more about the role's responsibilities and possible growth opportunities into other roles or within the same department. The last step was another video call with a Mock Sales Meeting. I was pretty nervous heading into it but still enjoyed the process because various managers took time out of their day to meet with me and tell me more about their stories with Motion so far.

It went smoothly! The interviewer was awesome and offered me to swing by the office to see the culture before I accepted an offer, so I thought that was important.

Interview
First is a phone screening, followed by a zoom interview with two managers. The final round is a sales presentation in person in front of 4-5 managers. You are basically on the spot, all eyes are on you and they ask you trick questions at the end.

Interview
Pretty standard interview question for the preliminary interview but the final round they expect you to come in office to do a mock sales meeting with a “client”. Over all the culture and the directors came off frat like and I wasn’t a fan of the fact that they expect you to build your own client book up from the ground. Also the starting salary is only $40k and you only get 50k base after 9 months to a year once you have 10 clients landed which is far bellow market rate.
