Interview
Was brought in to the office, met with one of the product managers who ran through a typical interview with me. An interview with their boss was after that which contained more technical questions. Was emailed after saying they were putting the position on hold until a later date and would contact me then.

Related to the position: Have you worked with a ticketing system before to handle customer issues? If so, how many would you say you went through in a day?
