Movement Strategy interview questions

I had great conversations with the team, and I have four rounds of interviews, but was found to be ghosted completely by the recruiter and no updates whatsoever. Very unprofessional, and skeptical on the management and working in this company when there is a lack of communication and respect for your time.

The conversation primarily focused on walking through my resume rather than discussing specific experiences, including my background in social media. It may be beneficial to tailor questions to align more closely with the role’s requirements. Casual language, including curse words, was used during the discussion. While I understand creating a comfortable environment, maintaining a professional tone could help set the right impression for candidates. The job title "Data Strategist" suggests a strong focus on data, though the role also appears to involve social media expertise. I was informed during the virtual interview and by the job description that the team is a hybrid of both skill sets. If the hiring team is looking for a balance of both, it might be helpful to clarify this upfront in the title and job description to ensure alignment with candidate expectations.
