Mr. Appliance interview questions

Interview process was extremely professional, thorough, and accommodating. I met with Rob who explained everything very clearly. Response time was very quick and offered me the position at the interview. Highly recommend.

I applied for the position online and was sent an assessment. A day later I received an email to set up a phone interview. I was asked only 2 questions. I discussed my experience in which I’ve worked for a similar company where I did everything on the Mr Appliance job description. Then, I was told if I get the position I would get $10-$12 an hour which is insulting because their competitor I worked for offered $14.50. And if you noticed one of mr Appliance main benefits is “competitive compensation”. I didn’t question it on the call. Other than that the interview was brief less than 10 minutes which is the shortest interview I’ve ever had but the interviewer was friendly.
