If you are this far into researching this company, you are probably aware of the initial steps. But here is a break down.
-Phone interview
-Face to face orientation interview, usually with a group
-Personal aptitude testing.
-training
-job placement
After training, you will need to get hired onto a client site as a contractor. Enough said.

Question 1
Easily past experience...I totally fumbled this question on the client interview...and they didn't care! All they wanted was someone that knew the technical stuff. :)

Contacted me via e-mail after I posted a resume on Monster.com. Technical interview was a week later, received an offer the next day.

Question 1
All questions were expected -- they sent good preparation material before the interview and gave plenty of time to study it. I was asked basic questions about SQL, C# and objected oriented programming in general.
