I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Multivision in Sep 2015
Interview
Interviewer started with basic Java/OOP questions and then progressed in difficulty. Was given a study guide for the interview and for the most part the interview stuck to the guide (some questions were outside of the study guide). As I listed off my other programming skills, the interviewer asked me a question or two per language.

It is a joke. they give you a pdf that is helpful. Go over basic OOP and Java/ .net/ sql questions. one phone call interview only. Lasted 15 min. strings, classes and interfaces, exceptions, sql. Dove right into the technical questions..didn't even care about my answer to 'tell me about yourself?'
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
difference between abstract class and interface?
are strings immutable?
how to handle exceptions?
difference between throw and throws?
it was easy and smooth, questions about my resume and some technical questions, I was first approached by company's secretary. she arranged a technical interview for me. I was contacted by one of their engineers, questions were mostly about my CS background and then some technical questions about what I was supposed to learn from their booklet
