I applied through other source. I interviewed at Musora (Abbotsford, BC) in Feb 2024
Interview
The process is smooth, after 3 rounds of interviews where they said I'd check all the marks they were looking for the position, they asked me to film a self presentation video and perform an editing test and then gave a very general, zero specific feedback. It was underwhelming to say the least.

Question 1
Of our core values, what do you resonate with most and why?
The interview was super fast, repeating all the questions they already have on their Website, under Expression of Interest. Since I had already included my answers, I could respond accondingly. The recruiter was very nice, answered all my questions, and willing to share and acommodate my needs.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Musora (Abbotsford, BC) in Feb 2024
Interview
Applied for the video editor's position and received an assignment that I had to finish within two days. I'd say it is quite too much as for the assignment, especially filming a story about yourself, where you have to find all the necessary filming gear, nice location, be on-camera (how does it relate to editor's position?) and then edit it. Plus there was another editing task, which makes more sense, while applying to this role.
I'd say that for two days it is a bit too much, keeping in mind that applicants might still be working on their other full-time jobs.
So be prepared to such assignments and ask about what's gonna be the tasks and deadlines before accepting them after the interview.

Question 1
General questions about difficult situations and overcoming the challenges. Interview part was a nice one, HRs there are very friendly and supportive.
