Phone screen. Interviewer was late. Classic behavioural. Relaxed. Chill. Start up vibes. Bet it’s intense to work there. Seemed pretty disorganized and I have worked places this before: ping pong kombucha culture masquerading as actual culture.

The process is smooth, after 3 rounds of interviews where they said I'd check all the marks they were looking for the position, they asked me to film a self presentation video and perform an editing test and then gave a very general, zero specific feedback. It was underwhelming to say the least.
