My Plumber interview questions

Skype, then face to face and we shook hands, walked around the building/ met the team, had ice-cream met operations manager. Talked some more, just like any other interview pretty painless

I asked the work schedule and it was crazy. I was presented with real wages for plumbers at they top of the scale and at the low end. It had an adverse affect on me for what I think they were trying to accomplish. I left the interview wondering how there could be such a gap in pay
