Mynd (Germany) interview questions

Unfortunately, my experience with this company fully matched the negative reputation they already have. From the start, communication was poor and unprofessional. Promises were made but not kept, timelines were unclear, and accountability was almost nonexistent. Whenever issues were raised, they were either ignored or deflected instead of being properly addressed. What’s most disappointing is that this doesn’t feel like an isolated incident—it reflects a deeper problem in how the company operates. There seems to be a lack of respect for clients, transparency, and basic professional standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to do thorough research first and manage expectations carefully. There are far better options out there that value professionalism and integrity.
