Passed the first two stages of Grade A exam 2020 conducted by IBPS. Appeared for interview. Right now, I'm awaiting the release of official results.
Overall, the interview process was a pleasant experience. The board was jovial.

Physical Interview mostly based on Agriculture and Rural Economy.
Interviewers also focussed on past experience and education and how it would be helpful in my job at NABARD.
Overall interview at pleasant. Interview board tried to gauge breadth of understanding of rural development of the candidate.
