I was interviewed for Statistics role. Initially they were asking generic questions about sampling techniques and how statistics can be used in nabard. They also asked about how one of my academic projects can be leveraged in agriculture sense. Then they moved on to the annual report and what kind of statistical tools are used in it
Interview was related to understanding of agriculture practice and research methods. More focussed on ability of primary data collection and analysis. Interviewers were very friendly and supportive. The interview was through online platforms.

The interview was scheduled at 2:00 pm but happened at 5:00 pm. The interviewers were really nice and made me feel comfortable. Overall nice experience. There were 3 panelist. The interview was virtual.
