I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NASB Financial (Kansas City, MO) in Feb 2009
Interview
I was interviewed by the branch manager. The questions were the normal "what is your best trait" kind of stuff. It was fairly simple. I then had to train in Grandview for 2 weeks. It was horrible.

Question 1
What is your worst trait. That is a tough question, but I found my go to answer for that question for the future. Which is that sometimes I am too hard on myself (with mistakes, etc.).

Interview
Very informal, was brought into the branch manager's office with the head teller. Was pretty much offered the position on the spot. Questions asked were your basic interview questions "What motivates you, why NASB, etc"

Interview
You will probably interview with the branch manager and the head teller. Be honest, be relaxed, and be fun. Management in this branch (not the big bosses) look more for friendship and honesty to find a new employee. Be fun, tell fun stories about your previous jobs, and always smile.
