I met NAVAIR engineers at my university's career fair. I was asked to interview on the spot. I didn't have time to prepare for the interview, but it was not difficult. The interview was straightforward and asked about projects I worked on, challenges, working with teams, etc. I was offered an tentative position at the end of the interview.
