3 step interview - 1st with the person I would be reporting to , 2nd with a person I would be working closely with in the area, 3rd interview with HR and manager of my potential manager. 1st interview based on competency, specific questions on lean and six sigma. 2nd and 3rd more based on fit and culture within organisation and team.
