The process started with an online application, then first interview, then second interview (included salary discussions) and finally an offer of the role. The whole process took approximately two weeks.
It was a positive experience. The hiring staff were friendly and they were responsive. They were quick to get back to me about the result of the interview. I would recommend nbn as a good hiring manager.

The process was a standard HR approach - several interviews with managers from varying levels - 1 up, 2 up, senior stakeholders and exec. Interviews were comfortable and well run. managers were based in Sydney.
