Started with an online logic test and then a really difficult C/C++ test. After this I had several phone interviews resulting in a Skype interview where I was provided very basic code samples and asked where the errors were and how to fix them. I was given a second brief Skype interview a few days later and then told they were "90% sure" they wanted to hire me and to come in for an in-person interview. They had suggested a somewhat low salary, had horrible ratings here on Glassdoor, and expected me to pay for my own flight to the interview. Therefore I declined to fly myself to their interview, realizing they don't seem to care much about their employees, offering low pay, apparently monitoring their employees' every key strokes, and not investing even a cheap plane ticket for candidates that they supposedly intend on hiring. However they have a casual dress code meaning you can go to work in jeans and a t-shirt which sounds pretty cool.
