Small company, and it just took one round of 15 minutes. It was a conversation rather than skills testing. Nothing in specific was asked, just basic introduction and past work experience.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NCX (Boston, MA) in Aug 2022
Interview
It was neither here nor there. 1st round was easy. 2nd round didn't seem like he was interested. Conversation had a lot of blanks in it. Then it just ended abruptly

Question 1
Tell me an obstacle you had, and how you overcame it
I applied online and got an invitation to submit my availability for an initial meeting with HR. From there, I had three more interview calls and a take-home skills assessment. All were scheduled quickly and around my schedule, with plenty of time to prepare.
Interviews were all video calls. I found them to be nice two-way conversations about the company direction and mission - not just list of questions for me to answer. I was able to get an accurate sense of the culture, which was my top priority.
