NECCO interview questions

The interview process is very thorough. You typically undergo two rounds of interviews. Interview questions are precise and applicable to the job title. I interviewed with the program director first. The second interview was a peer interview where I was interviewed by the case management team.

The interview was via Zoom with multiple people from the staff. The interview process was a couple of questions and then ended with a lighthearted question. The staff consisted of a regional director, office director, case managers.
