Informal discussion over various projects and experiments. Analyzed the findings and sought alternative solutions. Suggested new experiments to answer questions using various methodologies. Whole experience was interesting and stress free.
The interview process was overall fairly easy. The interviewers were friendly and the conversations were tailored to research interests, goals and experience. The process began as a panel interview followed by one on one interview.
The HR interviewed me and asked questions one by one. One day, one person. A total of 8 HR interviewed me, and each person talked for one hour with me, so I spent 8 hours.
