It was really cool and interesting. People were nice and I was able to meet with a lot of people. The campus is much bigger that I expected. Everyone was very very nice
the interview was virtual with the Principal Investigator alone. Link sent few days prior. asked basic questions like Tell me about yourself, strength, weakness, some behavioral and technical questions but nothing difficulty.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIH (Bethesda, MD) in Apr 2009
Interview
I emailed the person that I was interested in working with and he emailed me back and set up a time in his schedule to meet with me. We discussed my background and research experience and then what projects I would be working with in his lab if and when I started. He also took me on a tour of his lab.
